Privacy Policy

For the Automation Bot Creation Course checkout, ViralVidsVault collects the buyer’s name, email address and mobile number, together with order identifiers, payment status and transaction references. We use these details for PayU payment verification, purchase records, invoices, course delivery and support. Creating a website account after purchase is optional; if a buyer creates one, we also store a secure password hash. We do not store complete card or UPI credentials.

How information is used

Information is used for payment verification, delivery, account access, invoices, customer support, security and fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements. PayU handles the payment page and may process payment information under its own privacy terms. Where enabled, analytics and Meta Pixel technologies help us understand visits and advertising performance; optional tracking is subject to the choices shown on the site.

Retention and requests

Order, invoice and payment records are kept as needed for support, disputes and legal obligations. Account data remains while access is active or until a valid deletion request can be fulfilled, subject to records we must retain.
