Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy

No physical goods are shipped. After PayU confirms a successful payment, the purchased plan’s digital course access is shown on the website. Basic provides five recorded videos. Pro provides those same five videos and the completed bot project files. Files may be delivered as a secure ZIP download. A buyer who creates an optional account can return to the purchased content through login; buyers who skip account creation should save the purchase recovery details shown after payment.

Access is normally available within minutes of confirmed payment. A pending bank or PayU confirmation can delay it. If a successful payment has not unlocked the correct plan within two hours, contact support@viralvidsvault.com with the order or transaction ID so we can investigate. There is no shipping charge or physical delivery address requirement.
